Monthly Services (All Services Require an Appointment)
Administrative:
Board of Health Meetings 6 times a year located in the conference room of the Hampshire County Health Department. Meeting dates for 2025 are as follows:
- January 14
- March 11
- May 13
- July 8
- September 9
- November 13
All Meetings start at 6:00pm. and are located at the Hampshire County Health Department in the meeting room. Masks are optional and the public is invited to attend.
Clinical:
Hours are Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
Call 304-496-9640 for an appointment for all clinical services. Scheduled service days are as follows:
- Blood Pressure Monitoring - Monday thru Friday
- Family Planning Enrollments and follow- ups - Tuesday thru Friday
- Head Lice Checks - Monday thru Friday
- Immunizations - Monday thru Friday
- Pregnancy Testing - Tuesday thru Friday
- TB Testing - Monday thru Friday
- STD and HIV Testing and Counseling - Tuesday
** Women's Health and Family Planning clinics are normally scheduled each month. Call 304-496-9640 for the schedule.
Environmental:
Sanitarian office hours are Monday - Thursday from 8:am. - 10:30am. each day.
Food Handlers Courses in person the 1st Thursday of every month. You may also complete the course online. Please visit our Environmental Food Safety page for more information.
